職位描述
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Develop monthly/weekly material requirement plans based on sales forecasts, production schedules, and project milestones to ensure timely supply for production.
? Monitor inventory levels and dynamically adjust procurement quantities using safety stock strategies to avoid stockouts or overstocking (e.g., target obsolete inventory ratio ≤ 0.3%).
? Track supplier lead times and initiate contingency plans (e.g., secondary supplier activation) for delays exceeding 3 days to ensure on-time delivery (e.g., connector category target: ≥ 98% OTD).
? Collaborate closely with production, procurement, engineering, and quality teams to proactively identify supply risks (e.g., ECN changes, substitute material validation) and develop mitigation strategies.
? Lead SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) meetings to align resource allocation and resolve interdepartmental conflicts (e.g., material allocation for production shortages, urgent order insertions).
? Maintain material databases to ensure real-time updates of BOM lists and ECN change information, preserving system data accuracy.
? Analyze inventory structure and regularly address obsolete materials (e.g., complete utilization plans quarterly) to control inventory turnover (target: ≥ 6 cycles/year).
? Participate in monthly inventory counts and collaborate with finance to reconcile inventory valuation, ensuring account-to-physical
? Establish material control policies and workflows, iterating updates regularly (e.g., MRP logic optimization, report functionality upgrades).
? Drive process improvement projects (e.g., material shortage alert system development) to improve material availability (e.g., from 85%)
? Develop Master Production Schedules (MPS), monthly plans, and daily plans based on sales orders, inventory levels, and production line capacity to align capacity with demand.
? Conduct capacity load analysis using ERP systems and propose adjustments to personnel, equipment, or outsourced resources to
? Monitor production progress and coordinate resolution of urgent issues (e.g., material shortages, equipment failures) through daily.
? Rapidly assess impacts and adjust plans for urgent order insertions or changes to minimize disruption to other orders.
? Lead weekly cross-departmental meetings to coordinate resolution of material defects, delivery delays, and other issues with procurement, quality, and engineering teams.
? Apply the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology to review planning processes quarterly and propose ERP system optimizations (e.g., reducing manual data entry by 30%).
? Organize regular internal training sessions (e.g., MRP calculations, SAP operations) to enhance team expertise.
? Develop talent succession plans through job rotations and mentorship programs to reduce turnover risk.
