In essence, the main orientation of this Application Consultant role is to deliver robust analysis of business requirement in the context of a deep understanding of the financial department. This role offers a great opportunity to work with a high caliber and international exposure consultancy team. To be specific, the main responsibilities of this position are to:
?Understanding the business process in the Revenue Authority and represent its requirement into Off-shore IT department. Provide robust Business Analysis services to program and projects affecting the financial departments.
?Where the strategy requires it, work with other ACs to drive a common approach and requirement cross departments of the Revenue Authority. Bring well-considered options to the business for consideration.
?Manage a smaller team in liaison with the Technical Delivery team to ensure delivery to budget, schedule and quality.
?Follow the company ‘way of working’ (processes, documentation, templates, data and reporting) for business analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
?Good oral and written English communication skills are mandatory.
?Over five years of experience in business analysis, business change, or business transfer in a multilingual environment.
?Strong business analysis skills to translate user requirements into solution needs and interpret written requirements and technical specification documents.
?Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to explain complex terms and initiatives in simple language to different audiences.
?Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to motivate colleagues and customers.
?Broad knowledge of development platforms, programming languages, and business analysis methodologies is a plus.
?Assess and define the technical requirements for the ITAS project, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
?Provide expert advice on system architecture, infrastructure setup, and technology stack selection, and oversee integration with existing systems to ensure seamless data flow and compatibility.
?Collaborate with software development teams to ensure technical specifications are met, and the system is robust and scalable.
?Conduct technical evaluations, code reviews, and system audits to maintain high-quality standards and troubleshoot complex technical issues, offering recommendations for improvement.
?Ensure ITAS complies with security best practices and regulatory requirements. Support its deployment and maintenance by providing necessary technical assistance.
?Document technical processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures for future reference, and keep the project team updated on emerging technologies and best practices that could enhance ITAS.
