崗位職責(zé)
Customer issue management, proactively work to close
quality issues timely and reduce the big complains from the
customer side. Hold meeting with cross function team for investigation,
analysis and follow up action plans.
客訴質(zhì)量問(wèn)題處理，及時(shí)關(guān)閉客訴，部門(mén)間良好溝通與協(xié)調(diào)，能夠組織會(huì)議對(duì)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題進(jìn)行調(diào)查，分析和制定改善措施并追蹤執(zhí)行。
Be responsible for in process nonconformity, closure with corrective action and
preventive action.
負(fù)責(zé)制程不良問(wèn)題的改善，制定改善措施和預(yù)防措施。
Be responsible for new product quality risk evaluation，push R&D & ME, related departments problem solving
負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估，推動(dòng)研發(fā)，ME, 相關(guān)部門(mén)問(wèn)題解決
Improve product quality through quality tools, customer feedback, etc. 能夠應(yīng)用常規(guī)質(zhì)量工具進(jìn)行品質(zhì)改善。
Lead quality statistical analysis and prepare quality report. 進(jìn)行質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)分析，完成相應(yīng)質(zhì)量報(bào)表或報(bào)告。
Handle other tasks assigned by leader. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)要求的其他工作事項(xiàng)。
Qualifications:
Education Background教育背景: Bachelor degree in
engineering or relate. 本科學(xué)歷，工學(xué)位
Job Experience工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):
Above 5years’ working experience about quality or
engineering at MV electric industry.
5年以上中壓電氣領(lǐng)域質(zhì)量或工程工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Skills:
Key Ability Requires關(guān)鍵技能: Familiar with GIS & mechanic products process
flow and quality control. 熟悉充氣柜產(chǎn)品及機(jī)構(gòu)生產(chǎn)工藝
和質(zhì)量控制。
Familiar with 8D, FMEA, CP and 6 Sigma quality tools. 熟悉8D, FMEA, CP , 6 Sigma等質(zhì)量工具。
Basic English communication with oversea customer is required基本的英語(yǔ)溝通是必要的
