Job Overview/ Purpose of the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of our core product portfolio in Chassis or Engine. The ideal candidate will drive product innovation, market penetration, and commercial success by aligning cross-functional teams, analyzing market dynamics, and delivering customer-centric solutions in a high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Execution
· Develop and implement product strategies, including new product introductions (NPI), range analysis, and sales/margin growth action plans.
· Define brand and product positioning through market segmentation, pricing strategy, and unique selling propositions (USPs) for diverse target groups.
2. Project & Launch Management
· Oversee product launches using professional project management methodologies (e.g., stage-gate processes).
· Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and sourcing teams to ensure product competitiveness and timely delivery.
3. Market Analysis & Growth
· Monitor vehicle population trends to identify opportunities for product coverage expansion.
· Collaborate with sales and APAC teams to drive revenue through new products, range extensions, and brand expansions.
· Conduct competitive analysis to highlight the company’s solutions and optimize market positioning.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Partner with engineering, quality, and commercial teams to provide support for training, product claims, and warranty cases.
· Work with purchasing to select suppliers and logistics to manage inventory (e.g., chemical products).
5. Financial & Lifecycle Management
· Own product-level P&L, driving profitability through revenue and margin improvement projects.
· Manage product lifecycles, including demand planning, new product ideation, and end-of-life strategies.
6. Stakeholder Engagement
· Present product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, to stakeholders.
· Align teams around customer needs via market research and competitive analysis.
*Qualifications (Education/ Experience/ Key Competencies)
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience:
· 6+ years in product marketing, product management, or a related role in the automotive aftermarket industry (experience with technical parts is mandatory).
· Proven track record in B2B and B2C marketing, with experience in managing full product lifecycles.
· Experience leading cross-functional projects from development to execution.
· Experience working with other countries in the Asia-Pacific region is a must.

· Ability to benchmark competitors and assess market trends.
· Excellent English both in written and oral is a must.
