汽車懸架系統(tǒng)報(bào)價(jià)新技術(shù)引進(jìn)和推廣
ü Transfer customer requirements to internal, coordinate internal resources to complete shock absorber design and feasibility analysis. ü Communicate and understand customer SOR and technical requirements. ü Coordinate resources to finish design, such as 3D, 2D, FEA. Review designs with internal team (CE, manufacturing, purchasing, suppliers). ü Cooperation with R&D and manufacturing teams to align damper designs with customer requirements?. ü Arrange technical review meetings with customers. ü Lead technical evaluations of damper designs for new project. ü Cooperate with other members to ensure the project move forward smoothly by following TENPLUS procedure and release TENPLUS deliverables. ü Prepare samples, ride kits, TAP according to customer requirement. ü Analysis FTE, ED&T, 4 Panel/6 Panel according to quoting approval process. ü New product introduction to the market ü VOC collection and analysis ü Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities?. ü Benchmark the mainstream technology of competitor More details as follow: ü Design the damper according to customer input. ü Create and release BOM (Bill of material) ü Conversion of customer's technical input (standards/drawings etc.) to internal drawing requirements and DVP, PVP. ü Release 2D drawings in system ü Create the TR files according to Customer template ü Lead prototypes build and ride work event ü Create & update DVP, including release test request to test lab, track the tests progress ü Gather client information and organize internal resources when failure occurs to plan a solution, track progress and maintain communication with the client until the failure is fully resolved. ü Responding to routine customer technical related queries, communicating, and following up on design changes caused by customers. ü Solve the engineering issues during development ü Benchmarking, analysis the competitor’s technology and cost ü Transfer VOC to internal design Ideal candidate experience: ü Minimum 5 years in automotive industry, chassis and damper related is preferred ü Be familiar with new product development process for Tier 1 supplier. Experience of working with EU/US is preferred ü Experience of working with OEM customer is preferred Skills and capabilities (leadership and/or functional): ü Fluent English in speaking and writing ü Good communication and independent work ability. ü Customer Driven. Willing to learn. Sense of responsibility and teamwork ü Efficient work. Able to work under pressure ü Familiar with ERP system. Qualifications/ certifications: ü Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering or automotive engineering ü CET4 at least
