Under the leadership of the campus Manager, this position is responsible for handling daily administration work, petty cash management, campus consumable goods management, Assist in the management of kitchen and health care, storage management, shuttle bus and school bus management, fixed assets maintenance, inventory check and management & Indoor plants services.
主要職責(zé)/Major Responsibilities
行政日常工作的維護(hù)與溝通，管理與支持：對(duì)其他部門(mén)給予行政工作支持（如：備用金管理，固定資產(chǎn)管理，消耗品管理）。
Administration daily maintenance & communication, management and support other departments work (Petty cash management, fixed assets management, consumables management) .
班車/校車：賬單付款，人員溝通，安排出行事項(xiàng)申請(qǐng)。
Shuttle bus/ School bus: payment process, communication, daily usage application.
消耗品管理：園區(qū)日常消耗品的管理，例如打印紙，各類紙巾，文具的領(lǐng)用，登記，訂購(gòu)流程。維持庫(kù)存。記錄消耗。
Consumable management: campus daily consumable management., e.g. printing papers, all kinds of tissue, stationary, registered, order, maintenance, record usage.
協(xié)助食堂和衛(wèi)生保健管理：
1.負(fù)責(zé)幼兒飲食衛(wèi)生，把好食物驗(yàn)收關(guān)，審核每月幼兒食譜，保證幼兒營(yíng)養(yǎng)均衡,檢查并督促食堂飲食衛(wèi)生工作執(zhí)行情況，保證幼兒食品衛(wèi)生安全。
2.對(duì)餐點(diǎn)品質(zhì)進(jìn)行監(jiān)督管理，包括特殊需求餐：過(guò)敏、宗教飲食禁忌等幼兒餐。
3.加強(qiáng)對(duì)各部門(mén)人員衛(wèi)生保健工作情況的檢查與指導(dǎo),對(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題及時(shí)匯報(bào)，提出改進(jìn)意見(jiàn)。
Assist in kitchen and health care management:
1. Be responsible for the food hygiene of children, strictly ensure the food security, review the monthly food menu to ensure balanced nutrition for children, inspect and supervise the implementation of food hygiene work in the canteen.
2. Supervise and manage the quality of meals, including special needs meals: meals for children with allergies, religious dietary taboos, etc.
3. Strengthen the inspection and guidance of the health care work, report the problems timely, and put forward improvement suggestions.
固定資產(chǎn)管理：使用OA系統(tǒng)將固定資產(chǎn)逐條錄入系統(tǒng)，打印標(biāo)簽，完成貼標(biāo)簽，打印存檔錄入單，并保存，年中以及年底的盤(pán)點(diǎn)。
Fixed Assets management: put fixed assets item in OA system，print out the tag and record. Save the record, check during the mid of the year & the end of the year.
員工卡/家長(zhǎng)卡/訪客卡：接收申請(qǐng)，制作訪問(wèn)卡。
Badge: Employee/Parents/Visitor, receive application, make cards for each need.
綠植：付款的申請(qǐng)流程，合同的簽訂申請(qǐng)，日常維護(hù)與供應(yīng)商的溝通工作。
Campus plants: payment process, contract extension, daily communication & maintenance.
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交付的其他任務(wù)。
Perform any other duties assigned by leaders.
任職資格/Qualifications
本科學(xué)歷，主修行政管理、工商管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)或英語(yǔ)專業(yè)
Bachelor degree, major in Administrative Management, Business Management or relevant majors, or English.
5年助理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
5 years in VP assistant function.
優(yōu)秀的中英雙語(yǔ)溝通能力
Excellent communication skill both in Chinese and English
