Develop and design Manufacturing Process of Cable Assembly. 開(kāi)發(fā)、設(shè)計(jì)線纜組裝產(chǎn)品的制造工藝
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED（主要工作職責(zé)）：
? Design & develop cable assembly tooling, jigs and fixtures , e-testing fixture, and finish qualification to transfer to Production team;
設(shè)計(jì)和開(kāi)發(fā)線纜組裝產(chǎn)品治工具及夾具，電測(cè)治具，并完成承認(rèn)以轉(zhuǎn)移給制造部使用;
? Study cable assembly product drawing from Product engineer, then create draft Process Flow Chart and Work Instruction (SOP) for new product , and define and qualify process parameter, like wire cutting & strip length, crimping spec, welding spec, e-testing spec…;
研究產(chǎn)品工程師提供的線纜組裝產(chǎn)品圖紙，準(zhǔn)備線纜組裝新產(chǎn)品的草版工藝流程圖和作業(yè)規(guī)范，定義并驗(yàn)證制造工藝參數(shù)，比如線纜裁切/剝皮長(zhǎng)度，鉚壓參數(shù)規(guī)格，焊接參數(shù)規(guī)格，電氣測(cè)試規(guī)范等等……
? During new product design period, join and evaluate Manufacturing feasibility and provide feedback to Product designer to improve their product design (ensure product design is okay for volume manufacturing)
在新產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)期間,評(píng)估制造可行性并提供改善意見(jiàn)給產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)人員以及時(shí)改善產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)（確保產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)具備量產(chǎn)能力）；
? Looking for potential Cost Reduction opportunity via process combination, optimization or automation, then evaluate and perform the cost reduction actions ;
尋找可能的制程合并和優(yōu)化可能性以降低組裝成本，然后評(píng)估（可行性）并執(zhí)行成本降低；
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 需要的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和知識(shí)：
? College or University education in Mechanical Engineering subject or related.

? Need at least 4 years process development experience in cable assembly, including cable assembly tooling & clamp design , development and qualification ;
在線纜組裝產(chǎn)品的工藝開(kāi)發(fā)領(lǐng)域有 4 年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn), 包括組裝治具和工裝夾具的設(shè)計(jì)，開(kāi)發(fā)和驗(yàn)收；
? Understanding of electrical and mechanical control for automated manufacturing equipment, linear and rotational mechanisms, and pneumatics and industry compliant safety devices is desired.
理解自動(dòng)制造設(shè)備的電氣和機(jī)構(gòu)控制，線性和轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)，氣體力學(xué)和工業(yè)安全裝置；
? Familiar with cable assembly general process technology & equipment, like contact-to-wire crimping, soldering , ultrasonic welding , etc.
熟悉線纜裝配常見(jiàn)的工藝和設(shè)備，比如端子和線材的壓接，錫焊，超聲波焊接，電氣測(cè)試等;
? Familiar with cable connector and cable SR inner molding and over-molding technology & parameter set-up, and capable with cable molding mold & machine operation. It is a preferred.
熟悉線纜連接器和線纜 SR 內(nèi)模，外模加工工藝，參數(shù)設(shè)置及具備注塑機(jī)臺(tái)，注塑模具調(diào)試能力及經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮；
SKILLS REQUIRED : 需要的技能
? ProE, AutoCAD/ZWCAD, Office 辦公軟件(Word, Excel, PPT).
? Good English reading and writing capability , 較好的英語(yǔ)讀寫能力
? Manufacturing process of cable assembly or related product 線纜組裝或相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的制造工藝
