What Will You Do:
1、 Develop and implement sales and business development strategies
2、Identify, evaluate and develop new business opportunities and new customer pool to support medical device and healthcare business goals, mainly focus on ODM, OEM and technology marketing.
3、Work with internal parties such as operations, quality, supply chain, engineering to work out the quotation and interact with customers on finalizing the quote.
4、 Lead the development and execution of marketing plans, including advertising campaigns in print, electronic, and direct mail. Conduct market research and adjust strategies based on current trends and customer needs.
5、Market Research, analyze market dynamics, including financial, technological, and demographic factors, to enhance competitiveness and capitalize on new opportunities.
6、 Budget Management, prepare forecasts, ensure marketing activities remain within budgets, and provide regular updates on budget performance.
7、Tradeshow Participation: Represent the company at industry events to promote products, develop leads, and network with prospective clients.
8、Prepare proposals and presentation materials for client pitching
9、Regular follow up with customers to maintain and enhance business relationships with clients and partners.
What Do We Need:
1、Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2、A minimum of 6 years in EMS or electronic manufacturing sales and marketing, with extensive sales and marketing development experience on medical device and/or healthcare sector. Proven expertise in customer communication, sales development, and marketing execution.
3、Excellent knowledge and connections in medical device/healthcare industry, have full understanding on the medical device EMS industry trend.
4、Advanced oral presentation skills and skillful at powerpoint making.
5、Fluent English Oral skills ( At least Level 6)
6、Travel Requirement: Ability to travel up to 50% as needed for sales and marketing activities.
