1. According to market forecast, sales data and production volume, conduct data analysis and develop plant planning master plan & strategies. Be able to keep good communication with customers and focus on meeting customer requirements.

4. Control the plant overall inventory and conduct inventory analysis. Be familiar with MRP process and need work out effective purchasing plan via MRP process.
控制工廠庫存，分析庫存，處理庫存，熟練MRP流程， 制定出高效的采購需求。
5. Capacity management to balance daily input per line and outlook 3months capacity demand.
預測后續(xù)3個月的產能需求，并作產能管理平衡日投入計劃。
Qualifications：
任職要求：
1、College or above 大專及以上學歷，工商管理、物流管理等相關專業(yè)；
2、Job Related Experience 工作經驗:At least 2-3 years planner work experience in cable industry is required.
至少2-3年的線纜行業(yè)計劃工作經驗；
3、Read & written English skill is required.英語讀/書寫熟練
Well application of MS-Office, excellent at Excel.
熟悉辦公軟件，精通EXCEL
Be familiar with ERP knowledge and skills熟悉ERP軟件
