一、工作職責(zé)Responsibility: 1. Identify business opportunity by information & data collection, and business development for target customer to achieve sales/profits target from company; 2. Ability to gather intelligence of markets, OEM/Tier1, competitors, use internal and external resources to win business and achieve team target. 3. Hands-on monthly, quarterly or annually business forecast and planning to prospect new pipelines in region. 4. Work with our existing OEM/Tier1 customers for their new business/project development and negotiation, establish strategy for annual negotiation and implement it during negotiation with key customer/project; 5. To establish and maintenance reliable relationship with our existing OEM/Tier1 customers; 6. Able to independently develop key customer resources, find potential customer resources, and complete sales plans and targets; 7. Able to independently develop key potential OEM/Tier1 resources, find potential customer resources, and complete sales plans and targets in individual; 8. Work with relative cross-functional teams to review and handle the process for the business contracts, make sure the contracts are following the plan。
二、任職資格Requirement: Age: 30-40 Education: Bachelor, MBA is a plus Gender: No limitation. Experience: Vehicle connector and cable harness industry is a must, 5 years in automotive above. Professional Skills: Proven Sales Record background or engineering background both are available Language: Major in English, Japanese in auxiliary.
