A: Key Responsibilities 主要工作職責(zé)

- Visit and seek potential modernization clients, visit architects, construction companies and building administrators to seek and proactively look for new modernization opportunities.

- Perform the offer, negotiation, order, Modernizations sales contract closing and supervise the contract compliance of all major modernizations, in alignment with the KG Modernizations targets and Schindler internal procedures.

- For clients in the current portfolio, Sales Modernizations will communicate, assist, coordinate and maintain informed the corresponding Service Leader.

- Support and coordinate with the Technical Specialist and the Key Account Manager any issue related to major modernizations.



- Coordinate big or complex Modernizations with the Modernizations and Design Center when required, and with the KG Field Operations, through the Branch Manager.
