崗位職責(zé): 1. 挖掘客戶:收集市場(chǎng)信息、了解客戶情況、分析客戶需求、向客戶推薦合適產(chǎn)品;規(guī)范、管理和發(fā)展代理商; 2. 報(bào)價(jià)簽約:執(zhí)行公司銷售報(bào)價(jià)流程,進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目的甄別、投標(biāo)、報(bào)價(jià)和跟蹤,直至簽約; 3. 銷售/投標(biāo):提高投標(biāo)率和中標(biāo)率,完成公司下達(dá)的銷售指標(biāo); 4. 嚴(yán)格合規(guī):嚴(yán)格按照公司銷售流程進(jìn)行合同處理,根據(jù)合同填寫ADF表等,以保證符合客戶要求; 5. 合同售后:負(fù)責(zé)合同售后處理,根據(jù)銷售合同協(xié)調(diào)客戶與生產(chǎn)及安裝等有關(guān)部門之間的聯(lián)系; 6. 訂單跟進(jìn):及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確地了解和反饋已簽合同的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)展,控制庫(kù)存;貨款回籠、催討應(yīng)收帳款; 7. 完成銷售主管交辦的其它與業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)的工作; -Collect market information and make acknowledge of customers, analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable products to the customers; -Execute quotation process from selection, biding, quotation, tracking and assignation; -Improve the biding and success rate and fulfill sales targets; -Manage contract management and ADF to meet customer requirements, based on theCompany’s process; -Manage the contract after sales and coordinate customer and fulfillment departments based on the sales contract; - Acknowledge and feedback the progress in time and accurately. Control inventory; - Be responsible for AR for sales part; - Regulate, manage and develop agencies; - Complete other related jobs from Sales Supervisor;
