? 5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing or Quality Control
? BS in Mechanical/Electro-mechanical/Industrial Engineering, MS is a plus
? Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills, with good English
? Experience developing process quality plans, supplier quality audits, and driving corrective
actions and failure analysis efforts
? Project management experience and an understanding of problem solving tools including
design of experiments, root cause analysis and statistical analytical tools
? GD&T Expertise
? Metrology concepts and gauge development expertise
? Working knowledge of metrology equipment such as CMM, OMM, vision system
inspections(AOl)
? Statistics concept and statistical data analysis expertise for manufacturing world problem
solving through tools like Design of Experiments (DOE), ANOVA, Multi-Vari Analysis,
Regression, Use quality tools(JMP, Minitab) to do analysis
