JOB DUTIES

? Provide mold cost estimations for new tooling or processes.
提供新模具或者新制程的成本評估。
? Ensure projects are completed on time and transfer to mass production based on First Article Approval completed with documentation.

? Travel to suppliers/plants for on-site support /fine-tuning or project release.

? Professional in making conditioning parameter of mold injection machine, especially FANUC.
熟練注塑機工藝制定，熟悉FANUC注塑機
? Analyze the problems encountered during sampling and perform mold debugging and improvement plans.
分析試產(chǎn)過程中遇到的問題，并進行模具調(diào)試和實施改善方案
? Good communication skill. Ability to guide mold technician to complete mold assembly and debugging.
良好的溝通交流能力，能夠指導模具技師完成模具組裝及調(diào)試。
? Good at Mold-flow/Modex-3d simulation and analysis.
熟悉 Mold-flow/Modex-3d 仿真和分析
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor of Science or above degree and engineering background.
理工科學士或以上學歷以及工程背景
? More than 8 years mold design, process and troubleshooting knowledge / experience, it is better to have high precision connector mold design experience.
8年及以上工作經(jīng)驗，擁有模具設(shè)計、工藝和故障排除知識/經(jīng)驗，最好有高精度連接器模具設(shè)計經(jīng)驗。
? Strong knowledge of tool fabrication, tool-steel application/selection, heat treating, and plating/coating.
對模具制造、工具鋼應用/選擇、熱處理和電鍍/涂層有深入的了解。
? Strong knowledge of injection molding processes (Injection, Insert-molding, two-shot, etc.).
對注塑成型工藝（注塑、嵌件成型、雙色模等）有深入的了解。
? Strong understanding of plastic, injection machine, auxiliary equipment (strip feed, camera, etc).
