Area of Job Responsibility工作職責(zé)范圍(description of main tasks主要工作任務(wù)描述) : Responsible for project Mechanical development: Design, analyze and evaluate systems, products or components, requiring a high degree of technical expertise. Design and develop mechanical structures to fulfil the defined technical requirement specification, including material selection, structure design, strength calculations and tooling follow up with suppliers Communicate with suppliers for the DFM analysis and with cross functional teams for the interface alignment, e.g. layout restriction with Hardware Support the production and customer field issue fix Act as a virtually leader when needed for investigating problems, developing solutions and preparing related recommendations and reports Lead the Mechanical related requirement discussion and clarifications with product management and cross-functional teams Support the successful launch of new products and their transition into serial production. Collaborating with other departments to achieve operational goals such as production and process improvement, cost reduction, and problem-solving. Follow and implement other tasks assigned by line manager. Experience in architecting, designing and implementing mechanical from concept to production for min. 3 years Experience in designing mechanical to fulfil different global standards, e.g. CE, UL, etc. Experience and a strong understanding of plastic and casting design and tooling Experience in defining & using mechanical development tools like Creo, SolidWorks or equivalent Experience in following different project development process, such as Waterfall or Agile Experience in the automation/instrumentation industry with knowledge of relevant standards is preferred Clear English-language writing and speaking for design work and team interactions Comprehensive technical knowledge of relevant technologies for pumps or industrial instrumentation.
