Main tasks 1. 負責面向海外的視頻內(nèi)容策劃、主題定位及腳本撰寫,以及拍攝執(zhí)行、素材篩選、場景布置、后期剪輯,確保視頻內(nèi)容符合 B 端獲客需求。
2. 完成建材相關(guān)產(chǎn)品推廣視頻、案例展示視頻及企業(yè)形象視頻的策劃與制作,突出產(chǎn)品特性、應(yīng)用場景及核心競爭優(yōu)勢。
3. 配合海外市場團隊,制定與海外社媒平臺推廣節(jié)奏及獲客策略相匹配的視頻內(nèi)容策劃方案。
1. Responsible for the planning, theme positioning and script drafting of overseas-oriented video content, as well as the execution of shooting, material selection, scene layout, post-editing, to ensure the video content meets the needs of B-end customer acquisition.
2. Complete the planning and production of building materials-related product promotion videos, case display videos and enterprise image videos, highlighting product features, application scenarios and core competitive advantages.

Required education and experience
所需學(xué)歷及經(jīng)驗 1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,廣告設(shè)計、視覺傳達、影視制作、數(shù)字媒體、市場營銷等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2. 專員崗:2 年以上視頻拍攝、平面設(shè)計及內(nèi)容策劃相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗;主管崗:4 年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,具備 1-2 年團隊管理經(jīng)驗及豐富的創(chuàng)意策劃經(jīng)歷。
3. 有 1 年以上建材行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先(熟悉涂料、砂漿、防水材料等產(chǎn)品者為佳)。
4. 具備海外社媒內(nèi)容策劃及 B 端獲客相關(guān)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
5. 熟悉目標海外市場文化特點及內(nèi)容偏好者加分。
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Advertising Design, Visual Communication, Film and Television Production, Digital Media, Marketing or related fields.
2. For Specialist: More than 2 years of relevant work experience in video shooting, graphic design and content planning; For Supervisor: More than 4 years of relevant work experience, with 1-2 years of team management experience and rich experience in creative planning.
3. Priority is given to candidates with more than 1 year of working experience in the building materials industry (familiar with coatings, mortars, waterproof materials and other products is preferred).
4. Experience in overseas social media content planning and B-end customer acquisition is highly preferred.
5. Familiar with the cultural characteristics and content preferences of target overseas markets is an advantage.
Knowledge and skills requirements
