Regional Communications Manager
Atlas Copco Power Technique Greater China is embarking on its journey of profitable growth, as such are we seeking to strengthen the team with a Regional Communications Manager to drive the regions communication activities, in close cooperation with each market and its professional.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate is results driven, communications manager with a track record from an international environment, B2B and/or B2C marketing. Furthermore, the candidate should be well familiar with “digital” means and platforms for effective and efficient communication. The role encompasses, -visionary, -strategic and tactical development, promoting brand represented by PT Greater China to their respective external and internal audiences in the region. Support and promote the group’s core value in the organization
Responsibilities
Communication
- Responsible for the planning related activities to the products promotion and company activities
- Based on the company communications strategy and product characteristics, develop and integrate the communication strategy, plan social communication events, determine the communication model and path the right platforms.
- Secure and maintain an effective range of product literature, for each market and business line, in close cooperation with business lines, product companies and divisions.
- Secure and manage a media strategy, digital/online and in print) for, -press releases, -other PR activities, -listings in buyers guides and related web sites.
Sales Excellence
- Develop and update process to standardize sales
- Realize sales excellence by good adoption of sales tools , for instance, C4C
- Develop sales report on PBI platform by utilization of company resources
- Responsible for company 400 hotlines and constantly trace and analyze the data
- Member of DMC, contribute to dealer development and management
- Leads and Demo machines management
- Segments study and competitor analysis
Support the digital journey
- Follow the group digitalization journey and continue to improve efficiency by developing digitalization tools locally.
- Responsible for the research and implementation of various communication channels, Such as Weibo, WeChat, mobile terminals and other new communication application platforms and content innovation.
- Secure and manage the content on local websites, where appropriate support the development of local website
Build market intelligence
- Secure and manage external market survey
- Implement brand awareness and audit survey
Internal & corporate communication
- Support the general manager as the official spokesperson on behalf of the company
- Contribute local content to various internal publications as appropriate
- Support employer branding
- Secure and manage the promotional items process
- Develop and support a spirit of open communication, fairness, respect and inclusiveness for the individuals in all areas of operation
- To interact with other PT CCs/PCs as well as other group units in a constructive, productive and unselfish way that supports the development of synergies and the consolidated result of the Divisions and performance of the Business Area and the Group
?To succeed, you will need
- Possess a degree in journalism, communications, marketing or a related field from an accredited university or the equivalent in work experience
- A minimum of six years of related work experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is required. (Preferably international/regional)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, produce articles for internal and external publication
- Highly motivated and committed individual with excellent project management skills, able to multi-task many projects. With an appreciation for deadlines and cost control.
- Be a perceptive and strategic thinker
- Have the ability to build relationships and work international with a wide range of organizations and individuals, and motivate and coach direct reports and external partners
- Established relationships with trade publications, industry associations and related industry professionals in public relations and advertising preferred
- Computer skills in: Microsoft Office, Adobe, SAP C4S, HTML, WeChat and other standard design/publishing software
- Willingness to travel across mainland China and international
