a. Experience in automotive electronics or smart cockpit development is required, especially in infotainment interaction-related development
b. Familiarity with automotive industry development processes and standards
c. Experience in developing in-vehicle Entertainment/voice dialogue systems is a plus
2. Technical Knowledge
a. Solid understanding of the architecture and communication protocols of automotive electronic and electrical systems (e.g., CAN, CAN FD, Ethernet), as well as the interface specifications for integrating in-vehicle apps with the smart cockpit OS (e.g., QNX, Android Automotive OS).
b. Mastery of core technologies for in-vehicle app development, including Android (Automotive OS) development, UI/UX adaptation for in-vehicle displays (multi-screen interaction, touch & voice control compatibility), and performance optimization for in-vehicle scenarios (stable operation under extreme temperature, low latency).
c. Understand Android related knowledge is a plus
3. Project Management Skills
a. Able to lead the requirement analysis of new functions, collect and organize user needs, and convert them into specific functional specifications and technical requirements
b. Able to define project plans, track the progress of function development, and ensure on-time project delivery
c. Collaborate with testers to conduct different categories of tests. Analyze and evaluate test results to ensure the stability and reliability of functionality
4. Communication and Collaboration Capabilities
a. Need to communicate and collaborate with supplier and other component teams. Able to clearly express opinions and requirements, understand the technical solutions and constraints of other teams, and jointly advance project progress
b. Chinese and English communication skills. Capable of conducting technical exchanges and reading documents with domestic and foreign suppliers and teams, and keeping up with the latest industry trends and technological developments in a timely manner.
