崗位職責(zé)：
1. Review and ensure vendor payment request/supporting comply with internal vendor policy and local regulations. 審核各部門提交的付款申請，確保付款申請及支持文件符合公司供應(yīng)商管理政策及公司規(guī)范
2. Checking the validity and accuracy of the payment requests in terms of approval sufficiency invoices amount and purposes as well as compliance with local tax laws and regulations.審核付款申請的正確性及各項(xiàng)審批取得相應(yīng)批復(fù)，所附票據(jù)符合稅收法律規(guī)定
3. Assist to prepare AP booking in SAP based on standard procedures, guideline and accounting standard. 協(xié)助應(yīng)付會計準(zhǔn)備付款賬目，確保遵循公司的會計制度
4. Process the payment settlement timely and accurately. 及時準(zhǔn)確的處理款項(xiàng)的支付
5. Prepare monthly AP/Bank reconciliation on time.負(fù)責(zé)月度的應(yīng)付賬款調(diào)節(jié)表及銀行余額調(diào)節(jié)表
6. VAT input tax invoice verification and reconciliation.增值稅進(jìn)項(xiàng)稅認(rèn)證及核對工作
7. Monthly VAT filing process 月度增值稅申報
8. Files AP accounting journal and relevant documents. 應(yīng)付賬款憑證的裝訂及歸檔工作
9. Prepare weekly cash flow forecast reports to corporate treasury.協(xié)助準(zhǔn)備現(xiàn)金流量周報并報送總部
10. Assist to prepare bi-weekly/monthly cash flow statement and forecast for internal cash flow management. 協(xié)助提供月度現(xiàn)金流量預(yù)測及內(nèi)部現(xiàn)金流量管理的數(shù)據(jù)
11. Keep bank statement and handle bank related operations.妥善保管銀行對賬單及處理相關(guān)銀行事宜
12. Maintain Fixed Asset Card information in SAP 維護(hù)固定資產(chǎn)卡片
13. Assist on internal, external audit work.協(xié)助內(nèi)審及外審工作
14. Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.其他臨時布置的相關(guān)項(xiàng)目及工作
入職要求
? Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting 統(tǒng)招金融或會計學(xué)士學(xué)位
? Over 3 years accounting related working experiences 3年以上會計相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
? Good computer skills in Microsoft office products, and knowledge in accounting system, SAP is preferred 熟練使用微軟辦公產(chǎn)品，具備會計系統(tǒng)知識，SAP優(yōu)先
? Good knowledge of related accounting principles, activities and processes熟悉相關(guān)會計原則、活動和流程
? Fluent in English and Chinese 中英文流利
? Good interpersonal skills and communication skills 良好的人際交往能力和溝通能力
