The Impact You'll Make
Responsible for all quality topics in the production.
What You’ll Be Doing
? Plan, implement and maintain the quality on the shop floor
? Handle daily quality challenges in production to ensure the planned production can be realized
? Develop quality documentation to support analysis and improvement of production quality performance, such as FMEA, control plan, flow chart, RCCA, gap/problem troubleshoot, etc.
? Train & guide QC/operator for quality standards, quality tools and working instruction to ensure that they understand and implement properly according to quality requirements
? Supervise and instruct QC/operator in the process of the incoming inspection, in-process inspection and out-going inspection to comply with quality standard requirement
? Work with production & FAC to resolve customer quality complaints and implement improvement actions
? Communicate with headquarter quality team about quality topics and improvement possibilities, make alignment with headquarter quality standard and requirement
? Coordinate calibration of test and measurement facilities

What We're Looking For
? University degree in power electronics or automation control related major
? Basic knowledge in power semiconductor device
? Minimum 3 years of manufacturing quality engineering control; experience in multinational company is preferred
? Experience in using SPC, FMEA, MSA, control plan, PPAP quality tools and etc.
? Familiar with ISO9001, VDA6.3 etc. quality standards and requirement; experience in UL is preferred
? Fluent in writing and speaking English/Mandarin
? Good PC office software skill
? Good communication skill, team work spirit, cooperative and initiative character is preferred
? Basic knowledge in power semiconductor device
? Minimum 3 years of manufacturing quality engineering control; experience in multinational company is preferred
