市場(chǎng)調(diào)研市場(chǎng)策劃法律服務(wù)咨詢服務(wù)
工作內(nèi)容：
1.協(xié)助完成事務(wù)所對(duì)外品牌宣傳、市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)的執(zhí)行；
2.配合各業(yè)務(wù)部門制定與執(zhí)行市場(chǎng)開發(fā)活動(dòng)計(jì)劃，包括活動(dòng)策劃、流程設(shè)計(jì)、與相關(guān)方溝通聯(lián)絡(luò)、客戶邀請(qǐng)、會(huì)議材料準(zhǔn)備、與供應(yīng)商或其他職能部門部合作落實(shí)活動(dòng)準(zhǔn)備工作、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)協(xié)調(diào)等；
3.配合事務(wù)所及相關(guān)部門參與政府領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、行業(yè)管理部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及重要客人的接待工作；
4.進(jìn)行法律市場(chǎng)及指定行業(yè)調(diào)研，根據(jù)法律行業(yè)各業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域動(dòng)態(tài)，并撰寫趨勢(shì)分析報(bào)告；
5.根據(jù)事務(wù)所業(yè)務(wù)內(nèi)容及相關(guān)案件，通過各項(xiàng)周刊、專業(yè)排名等渠道申領(lǐng)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)；
6.其他可能分配的相關(guān)任務(wù)。
? Assist in executing the firm's external branding initiatives and marketing events
? Collaborate with practice groups to develop and implement business development plans, including: event conceptualization, process design, stakeholder coordination, client invitations, meeting material preparation, vendor/team collaboration, and on-site event management
? Support the firm's government relations efforts by assisting with receptions for officials, industry regulators, and key clients
? Conduct legal market research and industry-specific analysis to produce trend reports on practice area developments
? Prepare award submissions for notable cases and practice achievements through legal directories and industry publications
? Perform other assigned duties related to marketing and business development
任職資格：
? 本科及以上學(xué)歷，英語、商科、金融、經(jīng)濟(jì)、貿(mào)易或市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷專業(yè)優(yōu)先
? 1-3年專業(yè)服務(wù)公司工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，如有豐富的相關(guān)實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷者亦可考慮；
? 精通Office辦公軟件（包括PPT、Word、Excel）及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用；
? 具備平面設(shè)計(jì)、視頻制作及微信公眾號(hào)編輯能力者優(yōu)先；
? 優(yōu)秀的中英文語言能力
? 注重細(xì)節(jié)、積極主動(dòng)、責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，具備良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神
Qualifications
? Bachelor degree, ideally in English, Business, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or Marketing
? 1-3 years’ working experience with a professional service firm; a graduate student is welcomed
? Advanced software skills notably in Office software including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Internet
? Skills in graphic design and video producing and wechat editing is a plus
? Excellent English and Mandarin capability
? Attention to detail, proactive and motivated with good team spirit.
