Production Engineering Specialist
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support production process definition to ensure optimization of cost, quality, and on-time delivery of product. Each day, you will participate in the sequence definition, cycle time calculation, and analysis of the working phases of new production processes/products. You will also showcase your expertise by sharing cycle time data with internal teams.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Responsible for handling daily process issues in the H160-250 motor assembly workshop to ensure normal production operation.
- Responsible for daily process digestion related to assembly, as well as interpretation of engineering technology changes.
- Responsible for selecting standard tools, managing the tooling ledger, and designing and manufacturing simple fixtures.
- Responsible for updating operation manuals, providing training, and measuring working hours.
Qualifications for the role
- College degree or above, majoring in Mechanical or Automation
- Can use AutoCAD, Excel, and Soldworks to draw simple drawings
- Experience in assembly work in the motor industry is preferred
- Strong hands-on ability
- Strong learning ability
