JOB PROFILE SUMMARY
Customer relationship maintenance, business strategy execution. Develop business opportunities with customer cross different LOBs and co-work with GSC and in-region team as to generate the working model and support the business could be landed and grow sustainable globally.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for global key accounts (GKAs), nurturing long-term partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand the business needs, the process and automation trends, and operational challenges.
- Handle escalations (e.g., logistics delays, compliance issues) and resolve disputes to maintain trust.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Deliver assigned volume and margin targets by implementing tailored commercial strategies.
- Identify cross-selling/upselling opportunities (e.g., new service offerings, localized solutions) .
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust account strategies.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute joint business plans with GSC & in-region operational team, aligning global and local objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (GSC, R&D, in-regional team) to meet client-specific requirements.
- Lead pricing negotiations and contract development for high-value deals.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare forecasts, performance reports (monthly/quarterly), and profitability analyses.
- Use sales tools (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) to track account health and sales pipelines.

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer electronics, preferably with engineering background and non-Chinese citizen.
- Willingness to global travel (50-70%)
- Understanding of engineering requirement and going through the NPI build for C1 case, being adaptable for market dynamics and keep agile and adaptive attitude.
- Fluency in English (mandatory); additional language (e.g., Mandarin) is a plus.
- Strong customer relationship skills; Exceptional analytical skills, cross-cultural collaboration capability; problem-solving and leadership abilities.
