Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
- Be responsible for the market development and products selling, implement and achieve the PLC sales target
- Develop the sales strategies and develop potential customers with sustained orders for PLC/HMI products in target industries, incl. OEMs, system integrators, EPCs, Panel Builders etc.
- Obtain the project information through various channels, e.g., Design Institutes and End Users, as well as can track PLC project independently and turn into orders. Resource support for current vertical business to regions and customers, support regional sales to develop new white spots
- Write industry and segmentation solutions, work closely with industry managers and regional sales to promote PLC/HMI and comprehensive solutions
Qualifications for the Role
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in industry technology, electrical engineering, or automation
- > 5 years of sales experience related PLC/HMI products
- Have the independent customer developing capabilities and project tracking experience
- Fully understand PLC/HMI and servo drive products and markets
- With a certain customer bases in target verticals like heavy and light industries, or OEM
- Strong sales capability, project management experience
- Industry expertise (key applications, machines, solutions)
- Communication skills, team cooperation, business orientation, customer focus
- Willing to travel frequently
