Job Description
1.Responsible for sales bookings, building and managing customer relationships and the promotion of the company’s image and DCS products for the North Region.

2.Responsible for product sales goals for the assigned territories / industries / accounts, per the assigned booking targets set at the start of the FY.
完成公司下達(dá)的在指定行業(yè)、區(qū)域的銷售業(yè)績(jī)指標(biāo)。
3.Cultivate, build and maintain relationships with customers on promotion of DCS portfolio.
有效維護(hù)和管理現(xiàn)有客戶關(guān)系,同時(shí)開發(fā)新客戶,開拓新市場(chǎng)。
4.Provide the company with information on the market and competitions. Generate project lists and forecasts.
收集、分析市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手信息,為公司策略及項(xiàng)目等提供支持。
5.Coordinate internal resources including technical support, project, and service to ensure smooth project delivery.
協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部技術(shù)、項(xiàng)目、售后等資源,確保項(xiàng)目順利交付。
6.Study the market trend, dynamics, customer requirement and competitors’ strategy Generate project lists and forecast. Provide professional technical consulting and solutions.
負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)行業(yè)技術(shù)、市場(chǎng)、客戶動(dòng)態(tài)的跟蹤和把握,負(fù)責(zé)針對(duì)客戶真實(shí)需求提供專業(yè)的技術(shù)咨詢和解決方案。
7.Coordinate manager’s assignment task.

Basic Qualifications
1.University graduate in Engineering automation or relevant degree.
工業(yè)自動(dòng)化、機(jī)械工程等相關(guān)專業(yè),本科學(xué)歷。
2.Minimum 3 years related working experience in the automation industry.
至少3年以上相關(guān)自動(dòng)化行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3.Sales experience in control systems such as PLC & DCS & SCADA in relevant industry is preferred.
具有DCS、PLC、SCADA等控制系統(tǒng)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。
4.Be familiar with the production processes and automation needs of process in at least one of the industries (Power, Petrochemical, Chemical or Life Sciences). And be able to quickly communicate effectively with customers' technicist and decision-makers.
熟悉流程工業(yè)(電力、石化、化工、制藥等至少一個(gè))的生產(chǎn)工藝和自動(dòng)化需求,能迅速與客戶技術(shù)人員及決策層進(jìn)行有效溝通。
5.Good learning ability and be able to deeply understand technical characteristics of our company's DCS products and related solutions.
具備快速學(xué)習(xí)能力,能夠深入理解我司DCS產(chǎn)品相關(guān)產(chǎn)品及解決方案的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)等。
6.Have good experience in customer management and be able to establish and maintain long-term and stable strategic cooperative relationships with multiple parties such as design institutes, engineering general contractors (EPC), and owners.
具備豐富的客戶管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),能夠與設(shè)計(jì)院、工程總包方(EPC)、業(yè)主方等多方角色建立并維持長期、穩(wěn)固的戰(zhàn)略合作關(guān)系。
7.Have excellent new market development ability and a keen sense of business opportunities, and be able to independently explore, follow up, and secure large project orders.
擁有出色的新市場(chǎng)開拓能力和敏銳的商機(jī)嗅覺,能夠獨(dú)立挖掘、跟進(jìn)并促成大型項(xiàng)目訂單。
8.Be proficient in complex sales processes, and have strong negotiation skills, contract management, and risk control capabilities.
精通復(fù)雜的銷售流程,具備強(qiáng)大的談判技巧、合同管理及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制能力。
9.Driving for results and highly self-driven to have strong desire and sense of responsibility to achieve performance goals.
